Just seems like he was very crusty and didn’t appreciate the business. Maybe a bad day, but you do expect superb service, and a great attitude at a restaurant like this. “ Last night, we had an unforgettable Veterans Day dinner at Mitchell’s Fish Market in Rochester Hills, and I can’t say enough about how exceptional the experience was. From the moment we were seated, Gage, our server, welcomed us with warmth and attentiveness that set the tone for a perfect evening. His genuine kindness and keen attention to detail made every moment feel special. We started with a dozen oysters that were hands down the best we’ve ever had—fresh, briny, and perfectly chilled. Next came a pound of crab legs that were sweet, tender, and absolutely divine. But the star dishes of the evening were our entrees: I chose the blackened Ora salmon, perfectly seared with a blend of spices that highlighted its richness, while David had the blackened scallops, which melted in your mouth with every bite. Each dish was crafted with care and beautifully presented, leaving us in awe of the flavors. This dinner now sits firmly in our top five best dining experiences ever. Mitchell’s Fish Market and Gage exceeded all expectations, creating an evening we’ll cherish.
